Pros
Stabile employer, good relocation package, and decent benefits.
Cons
Boring work and inflexible corporate structure. Hypocritical expectations from leadership. Was told to work 55-60 per week as all salaried employees salaried supposedly do, but once I had been there a while I realized nobody put in those kind of hours.
