      Decent pay for the type of job

      Cons

      A lot of favoritism is shown on site. Even HR and upper management show favoritism. It is a very toxic environment if your not in the “in crowd” this site is ran very poorly and will continue to lose valuable employees.

      Cons

      Really hot, especially with work outfit. Plant is a bit dangerous so you need to understand all safety precautions.
