I like the work itself; it's interesting and varied so I appreciate that. Also, for the most part, colleagues are focused and mostly makeup good teammmates
Cons
I think it depends what site you are in. People in the Wilmington site tend to feel less valued and less happy. Also, promotions often feel like a game of luck.
