- Absolutely toxic work culture - management and owner use bullying tactics and often go out of their way to be nasty to employees, even those that are new to the field - At least one employee would be brought to tears each week due to management or owner's bullying and fear tactics - Micromanagement - Management make employees feel guilty to take sick leave even when they are sick or have Covid - Poor on boarding procedure and lack of training for new employees, even though management expect results from new employees - ASHDOWN MAKE THEIR EMPLOYEES WRITE GOOD REVIEWS - DON'T TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS ON GLASSDOOR
