      Great mission and vision. Nice coleagues.

      Cons

      Upper level management is disconnected. Too many politics. Low salary rates almost to none salary incrementals on YoY basis. No career path. Too many management changes and restructurings.

      Awesome place to work. Great culture and balance between work and home. Bosses LISTEN. Company is always trying to improve.

      Growing slowly, a lot of pressure to improve rapidly but resources are low. Frustrating.
