Pros
Lots of incentives and company perks - they hold a social every month, company breakfasts, and the annual summer and Christmas parties are always show stoppers.
Cons
There isn't a lot of career progression - it's a great company, I think, if you are just starting out in your career but they don't really have a middle management level for people to progress into.
