As the title states, Parkside has an amazing multicultural environment that provides its employers the opportunity of exchanging experiences and knowledge. It's common to see people taking their shoes off while working. The office provides a mixed feeling of relaxation and commitment to the company goals.
Cons
The company is growing fast! One might say that it can be bad if the culture is not maintained, but in my short experience working for Parkside, it is dealing perfectly with its growth.
