      Pros

      Working remote and the work life balance I have is awesome. I have grown my salary by double in just the 5 years I have been here. Not including bonuses. I didn't further my education or anything like that. They really respect what I bring to the company. I enjoy that they trust what I decide to prioritize to work on. I do not have to do any of the "employee training/security/etc programs anymore.

      Cons

      There may be better pay and better benefits elsewhere, also better 401k match. They match 4% when you contribute 8%, there are other competitors who match more. The health insurance is just okay.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
