      Pros

      Great people who have been very welcoming. Leaders are well informed and willing to help. Amazing culture with an eye toward the future which means great opportunities to move forward.

      Cons

      Some slight IT troubles when I first started that made things slightly frustrating, but they were rectified in a timely manner.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
