      Pros

      Very meaningful purpose by helping people save for education, retirement and healthcare. Still small enough that every job has a big impact.

      Cons

      Benefits are not great. Pay needs to be more competitive. Becoming more corporate. Changed a lot in the last 5 years since I've been here.

      Pros

      Generous PTO if you lasted five or more years.

      Cons

      Everything else. Poor management, plays favorites, rewards people who play the game and then expect people passed-over for promotions to train their new bosses. Artificially inflate metric standards so it is impossible to get a max raise because it is physically impossible to meet the goals (partly company-wide so not even possible to control with personal hard work).
