Pros
great work life balance, clean office, on-site cafeteria, easy access from highway, good benefits, they care about employees, good community engagement, management was around and easily accessible, good training
Cons
When you work partly remote, partly in office it's hard to make changes to your schedule. As long as the work gets done, I don't know why it matters where you are physically working. Technology needs an upgrade or to be looked at. Remote desktops were constantly crashing.
