Pros

Paid Time off. They might give you a cupcake if you do a good job.. I'm not joking.

Cons

I'm going to need more room for this area. Old technology, low pay, below average 401k company for a company that provides 401k plans, high turnover, multiple layers of management that has no clue what is going on, no communication between departments, constant phone issues, and nonstop complaints from customers since technology frequently breaks down. manual intensive paperwork where most providers perfom these functions electronically.. Co workers frequently complained on job and there were people that were simply not qualified to be answering calls from clients

Cons

While I wouldn’t necessarily consider this a negative, there were some challenges during the onboarding process. I ultimately had the opportunity to interact with multiple departments, which helped me understand how different areas of the organization operate. That exposure was valuable and supported my ability to acclimate to my role. However, navigating the various systems and programs needed for my position was somewhat challenging at first. Determining which tools I needed, obtaining access, and tracking down passwords required additional effort. For example, setting up Paymentus, receiving my phone number, and gaining access to platforms like Box and other systems took time and coordination. That said, the process of connecting with different teams along the way was beneficial. It helped me learn more about the organization and contributed positively to my overall onboarding experience.
