Colleagues are mature, friendly and approachable. If one seeks guidance, the senior ones are willing to share. Small company so relationships between colleagues are easily built and information is shared efficiently to enable project success and increase sales.
Cons
Was going to be acquired by a public firm which brought forth dismissal of employees. Culture clash, uncertainty and weird meeting times (to accommodate working hours of colleagues from the other side of the world).
