Better conditions working in a Sweatshop Factory - Anonymous employee Ascender Employee Review

There is no motivation working here, Management clearly do not care about their staff, Pay is less than market and they promise you increases each year however this is something you rarely get. They are now moving us to Mascot in the hope that staff will resign so they can save on cost..... they do not need to do this as people are always leaving due to the bad working conditions. Working in a sweatshop has better conditions.
