Pros
Only good thing about this place is the staff that bother up show up everyday! Most senior management staff either "work from home" or just don't bother to turn up for work at all.
Cons
New CEO cares about no one but herself. They talk about this merge being a great thing for the company yet there has been no improvement in morale or how they treat staff. We are just slaves to them who are not respected at all. HR team have no interest in you. They look down on you as if they are so much better than you. Clearly the positive feedback on this page is from marketing or HR. They are trying to make out its a fantastic company to work for when clearly its not. There is no career progression here. They promote from out than within. Salary increases are practically non exsistant... if your lucky to get one its less than CPI and paid late (4 months late). Your super is never paid on time! They pay it at the last minute or late. Values are just words and no action! They have payroll managers that no nothing about payroll!
