Pay and overtime are abundant

Cons

Schedule is not wall but doable & upper Management (HR) need to be completed removed and re-evaluated. They will find a way to get rid of you if they simply don’t like you or you can’t pass a test, even if your qualified in other areas of the plant.

Pros

- 401k match is above industry standard - New CEO doing things differently. Seems to be working so far. - Refreshed focus on plant reliability - No longer going after pipe dream projects with no immediate benefits. - Good base pay

Cons

- Lots of turnover, doing more with less - Still recovering from CH11 - No real bonus in years
