      *Family, close knit community environment *If your just started your beauty career, doesn't take much to get promoted to higher position

      Cons

      *shady business practices (checks bouncing, paying employees with personal check and IRS\ tax issues *favoritism and inconsistency in company policies *a lot of turnover * it can be hard to make money with all the discounts and deals that are given to clients
