No empty talk, just people who are serious about what they do. Leadership is approachable, too. If you’ve got something to say, they’re willing to hear it. No unnecessary red tape, just honest communication. That kind of transparency makes the work feel worth it. Employee engagement activities are a thing and actually enjoyable. Feels like working with friends instead of just coworkers.

Work can be challenging with new concepts and new programs rolling out once in a while, but it comes with the territory and helps you grow in skill. it's more of a mindset thing in the moment.

Mission you can be proud of, cutting edge technology, exciting potential to revolutionize aspects of manufacturing across multiple industries, highly collaborative environment, high quality scientists across the a broad range of scientific disciplines makes for great cross-functional teamwork. Executive team are scientists and have a deep understanding of the work and the platform.

Still a startup so high pressure environment and the need to continually bring in funding. Executive team are scientists...so their experience/training in managing a company and people is sometimes lacking and it can result in disjointed communication and dead-ended policies and a feeling of disconnection for staff. Their heart is in the right place though, it isn't malicious. That said overall I think its a great company, I struggled with whether to give 5 stars or 4 but chose four as there is room for improvement as there is really anywhere.
