Bad company - Software Engineer Arya Risk Management Solutions Employee Review

The current HR person makes a substantial contribution to employee satisfaction, organizational effectiveness, and the maintenance of a positive work environment. He acts as a trusted counselor and champion for both employees and management, ensuring that the company's HR policies are consistent with its strategic goals and values. I recently resigned from the Arya risk management, because I believed the company's responsibility did not include human resources person. He is doing a good job, which I especially appreciate, however the owner is a pretty terrible person. Best wishes to him only, not to the owner.
