Good people down the ladder but surrounded by hyenas at the top

1 No long term vision: Every week a new product is introduced and the entire focus shifts on how to sell it or customers with it. 2 Top management is very rude and unprofessional in meetings. Ceo threatens to fire in every meeting with unrealistic targets. 3. Politics is at the peak and top management never supports the team, managers always blame the team without or never taking onus on themselves. 4. Nothing to learn or grow . Every one is busy saving themselves. 5. They first deferred salary by 50 percent in the entire lockdown phase and then converted it to variable components by revising the offer letter citing losses due to pandemic. I doubt this not just to be unethical but also illegal. 6. No forum or mechanism to resolve issues if arrises with the management. No power given to the local hr department as everything is handled by remote headquarters in Ahmedabad which has no clue what is happening in Bangalore office.
