Pros
-the only thing i like about this place is that they provide employee pride card discount i.e. 50% -salary on time
Cons
if you are male you will always end up getting a closing shift asst store managers/ dept managers/ store managers are not even qualified for their positions (poor hiring by poor hr team) corporate office/regional office never respond you back on time they deal in clothes but don't have funds for uniforms, badges, stationery (you may have to beg for an 5rs diary to note down sales record) managers are uneducated and fail to outline a systematic rooster managers even go down to the level that they count the number of times you go for washroom breaks partial incentive plan and condition changes without informing sales staff "All work and no play" i understand we have only one week off but at least conduct some welfare activities for your staff to retain their interest in work employee of the month is pathetic cheat game no hygiene standards inside pantry area you will faint looking how the staff drink the same water dispenser from which the ppl wash hands and spit top management is thick-skinned and don't take Criticism in a positive manner when they find a junior more talented than themselves stupid rules like mobiles are not allowed in a pocket managers take away your employee card balance without asking you there no freedom to express your ideas in the briefing too much interference by store and dept managers in your personal and professional life forget about lunch there is no place to sit and eat/ managers even try to take your stuff without asking they think that they have the power and can treat the staff in their own way
