Pros

Benefits (HSA, Health, Dental, & Vision insurance Packages, Employer contributions to retirement) Some in management positions were great. They treated you with respect, they never cared to offer help if needed and noticed and even acknowledged hard work. I’m talking only like 2 people though tops.

Cons

I honestly didn’t mind my job there. I stayed to myself and when interacting with others I got along well with everyone. There were a few people in positions of management who clearly let it go to their head and would treat anyone under them as peasants. I can deal with that though. I show up to do my job, do it well, then go home at the end of the day. I also had a few people in high positions who were very kind and really wanted to help and acknowledged hard work. It isn’t wanted but it’s appreciated for sure. They don’t drug test. Because of that you’re going to get what you allow in the door. It felt like on a weekly basis people would come and go and that left those still there staying later picking up the slack. It wasn’t great but I never complained. Just got done what needed to be done and went home. When you hire people that aren’t reliable or who are safety risks, it makes those who actually take their job seriously want to find employment elsewhere because eventually a company will get a bad name for that and it isn’t going to be anywhere you’d want to put on your resume because again they hire anyone so you can put whatever you want to and have been there however long you were but if I were reviewing resumes and saw their company name I’d have to want to see something else to tell me the type of employee that person is. The companies that are more difficult to hire into or who have a lengthier hiring process with multiple interviews, tests, evaluations, etc. show that they only hire competent skilled and hard workers. Even with all those steps they still drug test. But I rest my case. Their point system is terrible and work unlike any other I’ve heard of. The pay is ok starting off but for me personally it isn’t somewhere I’d want to work hard to advance within the company because the pay doesn’t increase much at all. Plus they don’t seem to want to acknowledge hard work and incentivize employees to better positions. From what I’ve seen and from just this one location. I cannot speak for any other than that. The place is PLUM FULL of drama. It’s literally like being in high school again. You have so many grown adults running to the office on a daily basis to tell on someone for such and such (and nothing ever comes of it) but they welcome the “tattle-tale” type. How is your job getting done if all you do is watch others and then go tell on them all day long. But I rest my case. A ton of immature and frankly wrong and deceptive behaviors from other employees I’m attempts to get someone (falsely) into trouble. Also their team lead positions allows people who you work aside to have a few more responsibilities and many take it to their head. If you ever get into a situation and need them to speak on your behalf such as your work ethic etc. don’t expect it. They won’t have your back. I take my job seriously and I just want to go to work and do my job the best I can and not have to be distracted by all this silly stuff when everyone there is an adult. Hopefully if you’re thinking of working there this can help you make an informed decision. I quit after years of employment. I wasn’t fired. This isn’t to taken as an angered ex employee trying to give the place a bad names. I just wished I’d known even a fraction of what I’d be working around before I hired on years ago because I likely would’ve accepted another job. I can’t stress enough that everyone needs to form their own opinions and not make decisions based on the word of others. But do your research first hand. Good Luck.
