- learned a lot of new things within AdWords - free snacks - optimizer colleagues are very friendly and nice people
Cons
- low salary, lousy bonus - pushy targets (productivity and quality) - very limited career opportunities - management is telling the lies about department expansion from 100 up to 500 optimizers this year however instead of that in real they are giving out mass dismissals to 23 people in these days. (More over the employees have received the announcement about their dismissal just 1month and 1 week in advance. In addition company does not offer any extra redundancy, just follows strictly minimum by law 2weeks/each year of service). If you decide to join the company, be very careful, because the reduction of departments is very frequent (2x per 6 months in 2 differenct departments).
