I worked for 1 year, they promised a German course, however, they did not mention that you will receive the course 2 months before the end of your contract. The course is 3 1/2 month A1 so I could not finish it. They told me that my salary was going to go up from minimum wage after the 6-month trial, they never increased my salary, I spoke to HR several times, and they keep saying that it was doe to my Team Lead, I spoke with several Team Leads and they kept saying they had nothing to do with salaries. I checked with several colleagues and we were all in the same situation. The company is on sale, while I was there, they lost a contract with Microsoft and fire over 100 employees, I have been told that they need fewer people and they make everyone's life a hell so you leave the company by your own, or do not ask for an extension of the contract. Site management is very bad. You get a total of 900 Euros net per month, rent in Münster is 500E if you are lucky, I was paying 550 Euros plus bills per month, plus 90 Euros bus pass per month, by the end I was also using my saving to pay for everything
