Pros

Free bar at the Christmas party. Central location. I honestly have no other positives to add. Good atmosphere at pay day drinks as everyone collectively trying to numb the pain of having to work there.

Cons

I have never worked somewhere that made me so miserable. Training extremely poor as trying to accommodate to trainees being assigned to different teams working with different clients. QA guidelines are heinously rigid, every word said on a call is scrutinised. Almost impossible to pass quality scoring which in turn makes bonus unachievable. Endless performance plans handed out for failure to meet these unrealistic demands. Senior management respond to failure to achieve targets or QA with nastiness and humiliation on the call floor/in front of colleagues. Harassed constantly to meet targets but client/processes made this impossible. Management almost hysterical about demanding that you pull money in. Honestly feel like I was expected to be a robot and felt like they were trying to strip away my humanity so that I could meet their expectations. Management took to punishing employees by refusing annual leave when targets were not achieved. Productivity is measured to the second. You'll be asked to work back a matter of seconds that you've gone over a break but they are extremely reluctant to pay back time you've gone over your shift. Felt like I needed therapy when I left.

Pros

Great company and good employees

Cons

This is one of the worst places I have ever worked. They do not care about their employees here; to them, you are just another number. They get upset when you use your sick days, even though they are a legal right, and then retaliate against you by punishing you when you return to work. And be careful about filing a complaint with Human Resources because they are two-faced. Instead of helping you, it often ends up backfiring on you. That is why no one feels comfortable going to them. This company does not appreciate or value its employees unless you have connections or favoritism. Management, starting from the top, has no clear direction. Everything constantly changes, even when it is not the best option, simply because someone higher up decided it. The environment feels outdated and authoritarian, like something from another era. There is a lot of hypocrisy, resentment, and abuse of power.
