A monthly training for Adwords

- Clients waiting in que queue for more than 50 minutes, Google Adwords clients plus many other Google products which Arvato employess do not get any traininig as Maps, Grant, Analytics, Merchant Center and so on. - Never had such "Team leader". She had no idea how to manage a team. - They were firing employees in Ireland and no replacing new employees in Krakow so it was a chaos. - No management support - No recommended at all to work for Google Project - Pushing us to work in weekends due to the huge queue as emails from customer issues

This is one of the worst places I have ever worked. They do not care about their employees here; to them, you are just another number. They get upset when you use your sick days, even though they are a legal right, and then retaliate against you by punishing you when you return to work. And be careful about filing a complaint with Human Resources because they are two-faced. Instead of helping you, it often ends up backfiring on you. That is why no one feels comfortable going to them. This company does not appreciate or value its employees unless you have connections or favoritism. Management, starting from the top, has no clear direction. Everything constantly changes, even when it is not the best option, simply because someone higher up decided it. The environment feels outdated and authoritarian, like something from another era. There is a lot of hypocrisy, resentment, and abuse of power.
