Pros

Some very nice and inteligent people in upper managment as well as other departments. The company is in a great and safe location, with Konami, Aristocrate, Ceasars and Bally nearby you can interview easily when ready for a career with a real company during your lunch break...

Cons

Horrible pay, benefits, and no promotion available due to company wide structure. This company's products are 90% Asian flared and will never scale like their competitors due to the poor R&D as well as manufacturing based in the Phillipines. You order a light socket with a 2 year lead time, you would be locky to recieve a hair pin in three years. I dont know how this company has managed to stay in business this long? Oh, ya i do... theyre hemorrhaging you know what, and just like the US gov...they dont know where its all going. Joke of a business... Because it is a Japanese owned business, you better like your originall salary because its not going to change. Great place to be promoted though, people are always leaving for better opportunities (just like their slot players), like i said though, you better like that salary because promotions at Aruze only mean more work for less pay. Yes thats right, theyll hirer you on hourly, and promote you to exempt with little to no pay increase, this way you can work overtime without compensation. Thats always fun...

Startup company for a potential growth. Small team get to know each other quickly.

Startup mentality with invest and try. CEO had no steady plans for business growth.
