They really live the culture. It’s not just words on a page. Customer First, Biggest small company and Innovation. It’s not perfect, but nothing is.
Cons
It’s a small part of a very BIG company with lots of process and systems that are slow. Many people are scared that the small company culture won’t last, but somehow, at least in this part of the world, it has held on.
