      Original art covering the wall. The smell of innovation in the air. Moving fast, breaking things, building web apps. Hands on learning opportunities. All around awesomeness. Fridge full of PBR because obviously.

      Pros

      Great people! Worked with some exceptionally smart and talented people. Good place to learn and expand your skill set.

      Cons

      Low pay. Internal communication issues. Management does quite a lot of blaming instead of taking responsibility for problems they create.
