Terrible work environment. Would not recommend to anyone. - Anonymous Artscape Employee Review

Pros

There are some wonderful people here as the company brings us in by advertising commendable values and a good mission, but the actual reality of what happens behind-the-scenes is the complete opposite of the values that the company prides themselves on. It's unfortunate that people are being treated the way they are and it's what leads to high turnover here.

Cons

Management does not value their employees. The work environment is extremely unprofessional with employees often taking out their aggression on each other in meetings. Morale is low due to disorganized company structure, lack of vision, and lack of support. Onboarding and training is nonexistent. Management constantly undermines and undervalues the work of their employees (often to the point of harassment), and that is where the root of the problem lies.

Thank you for sharing your opinions. We take respect in the workplace very seriously and encourage our workers to speak to their manager or to our People & Culture team as harassment is not tolerated at Artscape. We went through a huge period of growth and change in 2018 and 2019. This took a toll on everyone. We acknowledge that while we had good intentions, not always did we make popular decisions. Artscape continues to thrive and that is because we have amazing employees. We are working with our staff and collaborating on solutions for improvement. Response supplied by Nidhi Khanna, COO
