      Pros

      Diverse events and programs for the community. Several locations that provide events. Many of these events are free.

      Cons

      Company can spend millions on events and new buildings but can’t pay their workers a livable wage. Treats staff like volunteers and interns meaning no respect for your outside life or time. Performative activism: company doesn’t actually support marginalized communities, and instead cares more about money and sales.

      Pros

      You get to listen to music while you work, and the pay is good. If you want to help people in small ways, this is for you!

      Cons

      If you are positioned outside, the weather can be rough, especially in the summer. Sometimes you have to deal with difficult people, so being able to de-escalate is crucial.
