ArtsQuest brings a lot of value to the community.
Cons
High turnover. Employees are overworked, underpaid and under appreciated. Sick time and vacation time off is in fact not time off. The organization does not have enough people to cross-train to cover tasks when time off is needed, leaving the workload to be completed when the employee returns. This is leading to poor mental health for workers. There is clear burnout.
