- Managers are good. (But Owner is worst)
Cons
- Owner will interfere in work of each and every employee (From Peon to Managers).
- No fixed rules, changes overnight.
- Company going in loss so may shut down its operations in few areas.
- Average working time is 14 - 16 hours.
- Working on Saturday's, Sundays and Holidays.
- Employees are asked to switched technology as per the requirement and work load.
- Employees are treated like labors and paid worse.
