atmosphere is less exciting than working in a toll booth. too many brain washed people (especially in the lower management positions). Poor training, almost LITERALLY not allowed to think for yourself, don't you DARE step "outside the box". the only thing other employees can say nice about the company is the free lunch, and they use that to justify working there. very difficult to move up, and if you do, it isn't that much "up"
