The hours - if you want to work overtime this is the place for you. OT is expected and frowned upon if turned down. Working 10 -12 hour days 14 days in a row is not for me! Maintenance program - They really do not have a clue how to run a maintenance program. No trianing what so ever, 90% of the PM's are pencil wipped, or partially performed.
