      Hmm.. Well it's a company giving salary to emplyees.. that's a pro. But working condition and job satisfaction na bhag par. So, no pros i guess.

      No original ideas, only copy-paste product No work life balance No ethics, uthao kisika product and do reverse engineering shamless Hight pressure and overhiring No planning and no work satisfaction

      Pros

      Nothing such advantages. Don't have any word for pros.

      Cons

      They treat you like a slave. There’s no work-life balance—you sometimes have to work from 9 AM till midnight. The company has a “Big Boss” vibe; they watch everything, and if you talk to someone for even 5-10 minutes, they’ll send you a message to stop.
