Pros
Not very big size of Artezio and a number of international and local projects (not only big ones) often triggers fast professionalism growth, so the carreer opportunities are quite clear and significant. Fast staffing of projects can become a reason to get a good compensation. Work/life ballance and culture/values in my opinion depends on the size of the office (the larger office - the larger involvement in all processes), but in general these parameters are on a good level. Senior management is really revealing, it's a characteristic feature of the company I think.
Cons
Consumer attitude to the employees on some projects (happens when the project needs to be staffed fast). The problem in each case can be solved if the specialist pushes on the management a bit. Can't be solved if the specialist goes with the tide.
