The paid should be better

Great People and very interesting work with major musuems. The standards of work are very high and realistic goals are set. The owners are not afriad to invest in good equipment. The company and it's workers have a good attitude. Every one is very profesional and treated like a profesional.

The pay is poor and no advancment at all. The job can be hazardous with lots of heavy lifting. Folks making $17.00/hr can't float the company for a month on expences on the road.
