Pros

- Some known healthcare systems using their Product (wonder for how long though) - Paid parental leave - Good for someone starting new in their career - Marketing team does an amazing job of facelifting dated Product

Cons

- Their Product lacks innovation and seems dated. There is no newness in their Product. Leadership is hesitant to invest in technology and features that customers want and willing to pay for - People are burned out - Product and Design is dysfunctional and lacks vision and innovation. Many great PMs have left who had a vision and were willing to build sellable Products - Some members of leadership are arrogant and feel they know it all. Few SLT members who have been there for 3-4 years know they wouldn't get the same title elsewhere so no option but to stick around. Good ones have already left - Compensation is well below market rate - Unlimited PTO is a joke - Many folks in critical positions don't have Healthcare background. Don't understand basics of Healthcare

Pros

Lovely people for the most part, and the company genuinely makes a good product that positively effects it's users.

Cons

Complete whiplash from company wide re-org and massive toxic culture swing led by incoming upper management has left this place a shambles. A few examples: * Ai "data gathering" bots installed in every teams private slack spaces with no discussion or comment on privacy concerns * Company wide non-optional title changes without a job description. * Org wide level demotions (All staff -> senior, etc) * Mass confusion with regard to... pretty much everything.
