      The autonomy and helpful people appeal to me. I can be heard, and the atmosphere is enjoyable and stress-free environment. Great, well-documented onboarding is provided.

      Cons

      There is no Product Manager locally, in Hungary which causing delays in product development.

      Work from home, unlimited time off and startup company

      Cons

      the first year working there, there were 3 rounds of company wide layoffs, AI is heavily used and being trained by current employees, no job security. Currently no 401k contributions
