      getting to know residents schedule in advance prompt payment

      Cons

      lack of caring from supervisors CNAs are outwardly looked down upon by management cant retain CNAs always understaffed yearly raise 10 cents!!!!

      Management was unable to keep business and personal feelings seperate. Allowed terrible things and encouraged them.

      Cons

      Kitchen management was mental.. showed hostility toward residents, feeding rotten food and worse.
