- smart and fast top management - interesting and motivated people at all seniority levels - working on the right topics, surfing well the "AI applied to marketing" wave on the client's digital transformation
Cons
- culture and operations gap between consulting and activation departments, working actively to bridge it but not there yet - career development can be quite random without solid reasoning, people with the same job titles can have very different performances
