What used to be quiet a nice place to be is now a really horrible place. Working environment is the worse its ever been with a host of good people being sacked with no explanation. No promotions with any people in senior management pretty much two faced, if you dont play the game you get left behind. Majority of Senior management dont have any basic human skills. Struggle to say "good morning" Super toxic management where rules apply differently to them. Over our busy period of Black Friday and Christmas we had no staff which strained the whole company making the environment super stressful. Dont want to hire anyone at the moment which make me think senior management just wanted their bonus come Christmas Only good thing about this place was the people but all these "nice" people will be gone in a few months. If you like to play the game you would fit in very well here.
