Like the last review upper management is nightmare If you’re sick expect to have to text people until you find a cover same goes for time off so incredibly difficult. Have bills to pay? Do not work here hours 100% depend on students in the class. Expect to be sent home after 2 hours if students no show or are absent. Expect classes to be closed without warning. Upper Management is not consistent in rules and policy they will point the blame on you.
