      Pros

      Great environment. Wonderful owners. Chill, creative atmosphere. Nice and friendly coworkers, which seem cliquish at times. Free lunches if assigned on a project.

      Cons

      Disorganized, often moody IT support structure. Old & slower computer hardware. Fix the design pens and upgrade to faster computers. Some Freelancers seemed stressed. Long work hours considering compensation. No windows.
