      Pros

      I had an amazing opportunity to learn and grow in a commercial kitchen with an experienced chef.

      Cons

      The owners refused to pay employees on time if at all. When they were confronted about being closed down they could not be honest and left their staff jobless within the week. The business was operational for 3 months.
