Good people who used to care. The constant turnover in high level positions and the unwillingness to hold incompetence accountable has caused this place to lose most of its former glory.
Cons
Opposing big brother tracking metrics encourages demeaning behavior across departments. People who shouldn't have been in leadership roles retaining them long enough to cause the good people to lose the passion for their work. Incompetence is tolerated and excellence is expected
