Where do I begin? They were responsible for the Provincial Vaccination Booking Line for the Province of Ontario. They were extremely disorganized in their rollout, not giving the correct training and offering the wrong information. As time went on they became less and less helpful, giving standard corporate responses rather than supporting us to help troubleshoot issues and solve problems for the citizens that called in. They did not follow government announcements and were stuck in red tape. One Team Lead, was exceptionally guilty of this and targeted me on a number of occasions. I asked questions relating to the vaccine rollout and instead of a response was treated as though I was a bad employee and was continually analyzed and contacted. Many people who called said they couldn't understand the agents they had hired or they didn't know what they were doing. Arrow is trying to save as much money as possible, not even offering to pay overtime. They removed money from my paycheque. Overall a disgrace. This company should not be given further government contracts.
