      The office spaces and location.

      Cons

      -Extremely High turnover (13 quit/fired within 1 year in a branch of less than 15) -Extreme Nepotism -Lack of support and compliance from HR -Lack of awareness & direction from ALL management (nobody knows what anyone else in the company does), org charts constantly changing -No clear sales or HR strategies, directions/training CONSTANTLY changing

      -recruiter are really nice and helpful with landing a role -offer benefits such as medical, PTO, dental, and vision.

      No raises and no bonuses.
