Great customers, some really nice coworkers, and great senior leadership

-very poor middle management-blatant favoritism within department of friends who "manage" friends results in varying standards of proper execution for same tasks.
-void of operational support
-lack of modern information management
-heavy customer load and tasks to complete
-the lower level employees (secretaries and admin support) are treated as unimportant when they are truly more important than the Officers.
